Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, choose your role (Freelancer or Client), fill in your details, and verify your email. You can then complete your profile to start using the platform.
How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
Go to your profile settings and upload a valid government-issued ID. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. A verified badge will appear on your profile once approved.
How do I post a project as a client?
Navigate to "Post a Project" from your dashboard or the Find Work menu. Fill in project details, set your budget and deadline, then publish. Freelancers will submit proposals for you to review.
How do I create a service listing?
Freelancers can create service listings from their dashboard. Include a clear title, detailed description, pricing, delivery time, and portfolio samples to attract clients.

How does escrow work?
When a contract is started, the client deposits the agreed amount into escrow. Funds are held securely until the work is delivered and approved, then released to the freelancer minus platform fees.
What are the platform fees?
The platform charges a 15% commission on completed transactions. This covers payment processing, escrow security, and platform maintenance.
When will I receive my payout?
Freelancers can request a payout once their balance reaches $50. Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days via Stripe or Razorpay.
What if there's a payment dispute?
If you and the other party cannot resolve a payment issue, you can open a dispute from your contract page. Our team will review the evidence and make a fair decision within 5 business days.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a link to create a new password. The link expires after 60 minutes for security.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your account settings. All personal data will be removed within 30 days, except financial records which are retained for legal compliance.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. KYC documents are stored with restricted access. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each user may have one Freelancer account and one Client account. Creating additional accounts to circumvent platform rules is prohibited and may result in suspension.
